I am convenient:   Our office is conveniently located on Tierra Verde, with a high traffic exposure to those who visit our beautiful islands and beaches. 

I am accessible:   Century 21 Coast to Coast  is open 7 days a week to better serve our clients and customers. Our office hours are Monday through Saturday 9:00 A.M. till 5:00 P.M. and Sunday from 12:00 A.M. till 4:00 P.M.  We always have a rental agent on duty during business hours Monday though Friday and on call weekends.   When I'm not in the office, my cell phone is always on!  

I am professional:  Prompt and courteous service is just a phone call away.  I believe in taking care of your property as if it were my own.  I work closely with vendors for repairs, cleaning, and decorating.  Years of experience has taught me who to contact for the best job, at the best price.  Count on me to give you ideas of what your property may need in order to achieve the quality tenants and prices you desire.  

I am personal:  One of our companies best features is the personal attention each property receives from the rental agent handling that property.  Properties I manage are taken care of by me personally.  If you have a question regarding your property, you can  call me directly for the answer instead of getting a different person and a different answer each time you call!
